All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (indicating name, paper number, expiry date and CVV: no charge), or with a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer.
The reservation is complete only after mail or fax of the confirmation letter (by Agriturismo Assolatina), which guarantees the availability for the indicated persons.

CANCELLATIONS
The refund request is accepted if the reservation is canceled with a minimum of two weeks in advance of the arrival date, otherwise the deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the entire reservation amount is held. In the case of non-arrival: 70% (seventy percent) of the total fare will be charged. If your trip is postponed, Agriturismo Assolatina controls its availability for a new date and the original deposit will be used for any new reservation.

PAYMENT
The total amount payment takes place before you leave the room at check-out. In addition to cash, we accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. No traveler checks or personal checks.

DEPOSIT
For stays of groups of more than five nights that require the full room availability, we can also ask for a Security Deposit, which is returned on the Client departure, unless damage has been caused in the farm. The minimum amount required is € 200.00; however, the above amount can vary depending on length of stay, and will be agreed in advance with the customer. In the case of groups of more than eight people, the Security Deposit will be required also for stays of less than five nights.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00
Agriturismo Assolatina welcomes regular check-in with possible luggage deposit from Monday to Sunday from 15.00 to 20.30.

CLEANING SERVICES
Each customer is delivered with a clean room and a complete set of linen, such as sheets and three towels (towels and shower sheet): for each guest, as on the reservation form.
The cleaning service involves a mid-week change of towels, usually on Wednesday.
Daily cleaning services (without a change of sheets and towels unless specifically requested by the customer). Special provisions may be agreed with the Customer for weekly or monthly stays.

OTHER SERVICES
The stay of customers is completely independent and can take place freely in all external and internal spaces of the farm, with the exception of areas of private owners. There are no reception facilities but the owners and their staff are available 24 hours on 24 for every need. The owners reserve the right to offer paid services to the extent that the customer will require at an agreed price.
DAMAGE The Customer is liable to Agriturismo Assolatina for any damage caused to furniture, objects and guest rooms, caused by any negligent act of the Client or its guests. In this case, the Customer agrees to give up the Security Deposit and / or pay the appropriate amount to repair or remedy the damage caused.

IDENTIFICATION CARD
Any customer who is staying at Agriturismo Assolatina must present valid identification card upon arrival.

DISPUTES
All terms and conditions of this agreement between the customer and Agriturismo Assolatina shall be interpreted and governed exclusively according with Italian law, without regard to principles of conflicts. For all disputes the competent court is Montepulciano (SI).
